Call or text 480-800-7797, or fill in the form on our contact page. Tell us what needs doing and we’ll come back with a price. Photos help — send a couple and we can often quote without a visit.
Yes, always. You’ll have a price before we start, and it’s the price you pay.
Usually, at least to let us in and point at the problem. For longer jobs plenty of customers head out once we’ve started. Whatever suits you.
After the work’s finished and you’ve had a look at it. Ask us which payment methods we take when you book.
For straightforward jobs, often yes. For anything involving what’s behind a wall or under a floor, we’d rather look first than guess and be wrong.

What We Take On

Plumbing and electrical fixtures, drywall repair and texture matching, painting, stucco patching, water heaters, softeners and RO systems, garbage disposals, ceiling fans, TV mounting, smart home setup, doors and locks, flooring repairs, tile backsplashes, appliance installs and general maintenance.
That’s most of what we do. Plenty of contractors won’t book a two-hour visit. We built the business on them.
Yes, and it’s the cheaper way to do it. Send us the whole list when you book so we bring the right tools and set aside enough time.
We stop and tell you before doing anything you haven’t agreed to. No discovering it on the invoice.
Some jobs need a licensed specialist, and we’ll say so rather than learn on your house. We’d rather turn work down than do it badly.

Phoenix and the North & West Valley — Peoria, Glendale, Surprise, Sun City, Sun City West, Goodyear, Litchfield Park, North Phoenix, Deer Valley, Desert Ridge, Scottsdale and nearby. If yours isn’t listed, call anyway.
Call or text and you’ll get a real answer the same day. If we can’t get to you quickly we’ll say so rather than string you along.
Yes. We’ve done scheduled inspections for both short and long-term rentals, and we can check on a property while owners are out of state.
Our pricing is the same across Peoria, Glendale, Surprise, Sun City and the rest of our core area. For jobs further out, travel time can affect the price — we’ll tell you when you call, not after.
Yes. It’s a common request in Sun City and Sun City West, especially from owners who spend part of the year elsewhere. We’ll check the property, work through an agreed checklist and send it to you after each visit.
